It is not a fatwa

AI answers are not religious rulings and carry no scholarly authority. For anything affecting worship, family, finance, health or law, consult a qualified scholar you trust. Quranify is not scholar-approved and does not represent any school, institution or authority.

It can be wrong

Large language models can misremember, oversimplify or state a contested opinion as if it were settled. Treat every answer as a starting point to verify, not a conclusion.

Safeguards we apply

• Answers are labelled as Quranify AI, with a permanent reminder that AI can make mistakes.
• The assistant is instructed to separate Qur'anic text, scholarly interpretation and its own explanation, and never blur them.
• It must never invent a verse, a hadith, a chain, a hadith number or a report of revelation context; if it cannot recall a source confidently it must say so.
• English renderings of verses are described as translations of the meaning, never as the words of the Qur'an itself.
• For verse text, translations, tafsir and word-by-word data the app itself reads verified Qur'an data from the Quran.com API rather than generating it — see Sources.
• Duas can be cross-checked with a one-tap 'Verify with Quranify AI' review, which is a helpful second opinion, not a scholarly certification.
